It features eight unequal bays arranged in a 1-6-1 pattern, with tripartite outer bays. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, and there is a cornice at the ground floor level. The windows are four-pane sash and case types set within architraves. The first floor has a console cornice and a pediment above the central light of the outer bays, while the second floor includes a corbelled cill band and architraved windows. The building is topped with a plain entablature that has a modillion cornice and a parapet. The main elevation is a single-bay western return.
