Description

Circa 1860. 3-storey classical tenement with modern

shops; 8 unequal bays arranged 1-6-1 with tripartite

outer bays. Polished ashlar. Ground floor cornice.

4-pane sash and case windows in architraves. 1st

floor console corniced, pedimented above centre light

of outer bays; 2nd floor corbelled cill band,

architraved windows; plain entablature with modillion

cornice; parapet.

Single-bay western return as main elevation.
