Description

  1. 4-storey 2-bay bowed tenement block with shop to ground floor, stepped with slope of street. Cream coursed ashlar (painted to ground). Moulded cornice to ground floor. Stop-chamfered margins to doors and windows. 2-leaf timber panelled door to flats to outer left; 2-leaf timber panelled door with letter-box fanlight to shop flanked by windows with modern glazing. Regular fenestration above. Modern dormer with curved wrought-iron balcony to attic.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Bowed slated (modern) mansard roof and modern roof terrace with glazed gazebo.
