Description

Circa 1854. 3-storey and basement classical tenement, 25

bays. Each entry at head of steps oversailing basement.

Ashlar, droved at basement, channelled at ground floor with

flat voussoirs. Alternating main door and close entrances

with Roman Doric pilastered, mutule corniced doorpieces with

inner pilasters and fanlights. Ground floor band course; 1st

and 2nd floor cill bands. All windows sash and case; in

lugged architraves at upper floors; 1st floor windows

corniced. Eaves cornice; parapet; corniced axial stacks.

Cast-iron boundary railings.
