Description
67 High Street in Johnstone is a mid to later 19th century two-storey and attic tenement building with four bays, featuring shops on the ground floor. The exterior is rendered, with distinct base and eaves courses.
On the northeast elevation, there is an off-centre pend entrance to the left, which has a six-pane fanlight above it. To the right, a broad shop front includes a central two-leaf panelled door with a small-pane fanlight, flanked by symmetrical windows. To the left, there is a two-part shop front consisting of a door on the right and a window on the left. The first floor has four regular windows, while the attic features two canted later dormers.
The first-floor windows are 12-pane sash and case, while the dormers have 4-pane and plate glass windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are ashlar stacks at the mutual gables.
