Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 5-bay tenement with central pend and shops at ground. Squared and coursed, stugged cream sandstone rubble to N elevation. Base and eaves courses, roll-moulded margins at ground, raised margins at 1st and 2nd.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: bays asymmetrically disposed at ground, pend to centre with tripartite shop front to right (door to centre flanked by windows) and left (door to right 2 windows to left). Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors with smaller windows to latter.

Fixed 12-pane to windows at ground; 12-pane sash and case windows at 1st floor; 4-pane to 2nd floor. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, coped sandstone stack to E gable.
