Description

Circa 1800. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with pend and 2 shops at ground. Cream squared, coursed and stugged sandstone, ashlar dressings to N elevation. Cill course and moulded architraves to windows at 1st floor.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 3-bay; door to pend off-centre right, door flanked by windows to left, door at right, window far right. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floor.

4-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skew and broad mutual stack to left.
