30-34 High Street, Linlithgow

30-34 High Street in Linlithgow is a tenement building dating from around 1800. It stands three stories tall and has three bays, featuring a pend and two shops on the ground floor. The building is constructed from cream squared, coursed, and stugged sandstone, with ashlar dressings on the north elevation. There is a cill course and moulded architraves around the windows on the first floor.

The south elevation, which serves as the entrance, has three bays. There is a door to the pend located off-centre to the right, with a window on the left flanking the door, another door to the right, and a window at the far right. The first and second floors have a regular arrangement of windows.

The windows are 4-pane sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate and features ashlar coped skew and a broad mutual stack on the left side.
