Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with shop at ground, pend. Cream sandstone rubble, stuged squared and coursed to S elevation. Base course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: modern shop front, pend with iron gate to outer left. Regular fenestration at ist floor.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 3 bays with rectangular stair block with piended roof, lower single storey wing abutting to N.

12-pane sash and case windows; 4-pane to dormers. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, 2 slate-hung piended dormers, rounded at angles.
