Description

3 High Street in Elgin is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and three bays. The structure is made of coursed, roughly dressed rubble with finely tooled dressings. It has a flat-headed entrance to a pend on the right, with an off-centre door flanked by shop windows on both sides. An eaves band connects the first-floor windows, which are 12-pane sashes. There is a coped stack with margins on the right, and the roof is covered with slate.
