Description

2 South College Street in Elgin is a building dated 1784. It is two storeys high with an attic and has three bays, featuring a central door. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with painted chamfered margins. There are three tall wallhead dormers with ornamental pediments that date from the mid-19th century. The roof is made of stone slate and has a moulded cope on a single gable chimneystack.
