Description

33 High Street in Fortrose is a building dating from around 1835. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and features four bays. The exterior is made of droved ashlar stone, which has been painted. There is an off-centre door on the left, with some alterations made below the two ground floor windows that flank it. The first floor windows have 16-pane glazing, with one window being blind. The building has an eaves cornice and scrolled skewputts, along with two modern dormers that are not in keeping with the original design. The roof is covered with slate.
