Description
45 High Street in Fortrose is an early to mid 19th century building constructed from ashlar stone. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring four bays. The ground floor includes the original shop and a pend, while the first floor is adorned with 12-pane sash windows. The roof is slated and has two piended dormers.
