Description
7 North William Street is a mid-19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay Classical house that has been divided into flats as of 2009. The building features coursed rubble with raised pink sandstone ashlar margins, while the rear is constructed of rubble. It has a base course, band course, and cornice. Steps lead up to a central panelled timber entrance door, which is set within a cavetto splayed doorpiece. There is one small piended dormer and one canted dormer. The windows are predominantly replacement 12-pane timber sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slates and has a gable stack.
