Description
Clovely House, located at 50 Kinnoull Street in Perth, is an earlier 19th-century building that has been converted into flats as of 2009. It is a two-storey structure with an attic and basement, featuring three bays. The exterior is constructed of ashlar stone with a rusticated basement. The windows have raised cills, and there is a pilastered doorpiece on the right with a cornice. To the left, there are steps leading to a part-glazed door, which is topped by an oversized corniced doorpiece. The house has one canted dormer and one piended dormer. Most of the windows are timber sash and case with plate glass, including one 12-pane window on the ground floor.
