Description
20, 22, and 24 Atholl Street in Perth is an early 19th century building that underwent alterations in the mid 19th century. It is three storeys high with an attic, and the exterior is finished in stucco with pilastered ends. The building features four architraved windows on the first and second floors, with pediments; the two central pediments are broken and scrolled. There are cornices present, along with two piended dormers, and the roof is slated. Additionally, there is a stair tower located at the rear of the building.
