Description
32, 34, and 36 Atholl Street in Perth is an early 19th century building featuring three storeys and an attic. The structure is finished in stucco, with a ground floor that includes a shop and a fanlight above the entrance. There is a central door leading to a rear stair tower. The building has four windows on both the first and second floors, with two wrought iron balconies on the second floor. A central chimney, which has been rebuilt in brick, is located at the wallhead, and there is one canted dormer on the roof, which is slated.
