Description
18 North William Street is an early 19th century, three-storey and attic, two-bay classical tenement located on a corner site. The building is rendered and painted on the Atholl Street elevation. It features a base course, a cornice at the ground level, a cill course, a band course, and raised cills. There is a small piended dormer on the roof.
The windows are predominantly non-traditional, with 12-pane timber sash and case windows on the top storey. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a raised skew and gable stack facing North William Street.
The interior has been largely altered, with only the ground floor being observed in 2009.
