Description

1 and 3 Melville Street in Perth is an early 19th century building that stands three stories tall with an attic. The exterior is finished in greywashed harl with painted margins, and the ground floor features a shop. There are three windows on the upper floors facing both Melville Street and Atholl Street. The Melville Street side has a canted dormer, while the Atholl Street side has two piended dormers, and the roof is slated.
