Description
2 Atholl Street in Perth is an early 19th-century building that stands three stories tall with a basement. The exterior features painted ashlar stone and has four window fronts facing Rose Terrace and Atholl Street. The ground floor is channelled, and above it, there are giant fluted Doric pilasters. A wrought-iron balcony is located on the first floor. The building is topped with a blocking course at the parapet and has a slated roof.
