Description

7 Barossa Place in Perth is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys, a basement, and an attic. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar stone. The ground floor is distinguished by pilasters and a doorpiece with a fanlight. Coupled pilasters flank the central window, while the first floor has three windows. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course. At the roof, there are two dormers with pediments, and the roof itself is painted and slated.
