Description
13 Barossa Place is an early 19th century, two-storey building with three windows. It features painted ashlar stonework and has pilasters at both ends. The entrance boasts a fanlight doorpiece supported by Doric columns. The ground floor windows are set in arched recesses, and the building is topped with a slated hipped roof.
