Description

10 Barossa Place is a mid-19th century, two-storey building constructed from ashlar stone. It features classic raised quoins and has two rectangular bipartite bay windows at the center of the ground floor. Above these is a pedimented doorpiece supported by consoles and framed with an architrave. On the first floor, there are two architraved bipartite windows. The building is topped with a main cornice, a blocking course, and has a slated roof.
