Description

13 Percy Terrace is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall with a basement. It features two windows and is constructed from ashlar stone with rustic quoins. The building has a moulded plinth, an eaves cornice, and architraves, along with a bracketed hood over the door. The roof is slate, with coped verges and an ashlar chimney. The windows are glazing bar sash types, and there are railings surrounding the front garden.
