Description
12 Dean Brook Road is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features a modillion eaves cornice and rusticated quoins. The façade includes one range of sash windows and one range of paired sashes, along with an oblong bay on the ground floor.
