Description

Tolson Cottage is a building that likely dates from the early 19th century and was originally a coachhouse. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof with coped gables. The building has two storeys and a pedimented centre, which includes a round-arched window adorned with keystones and imposts in the tympanum. There are two original openings on the first floor and two ranges of sash windows in the cottage section.
