Description

East View and The Hermitage are two buildings located in Armitage Bridge, dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. They are constructed of hammer-dressed stone and feature a pitched stone slate roof. The Hermitage has two storeys, with a 5-light and a 7-light stone mullioned sash window on the first floor, each having two lights blocked. On the ground floor, there are two 4-light stone mullioned sashes, each with one mullion removed. East View has a range of modern windows.
