Description

3 Highfield Road is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a band. The façade has five ranges of sash windows, and at the north end, there is a canted bay window that includes a moulded cornice and a blocking course.
