Description
1 Belmont Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar stone with a hipped slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a decorative band. The façade includes three ranges of casement windows and a door with six moulded panels, topped by a semi-circular fanlight. This entrance is framed by Tuscan half-columns and a full entablature with a blocking course. On the east side, there is a canted bay window on the ground floor, which also has a full entablature and blocking course. Additionally, there is a pair of panelled gatepiers with segmental caps.
