Description

16 Elmwood Avenue is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a hipped stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice and a band. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows. The entrance door is set within a porch that has Tuscan columns, a full entablature, and a blocking course, topped by a fanlight.
