Description
No. 87 Fitzwilliam Street is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar stone, featuring a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys high and has a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The façade includes a range of tripartite sash windows in moulded surrounds that are slightly set forward, along with one sash window with a moulded surround on the first floor. The entrance door has two fielded panels within a moulded surround, topped by a moulded cornice supported by consoles. Additionally, there is another door with four moulded panels and a semi-circular fanlight above it.
