Description

No. 35 Spring Street is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar stone, featuring a pitched slate roof. It has two storeys and is adorned with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. On the first floor, there are two sash windows. The ground floor includes a canted bay with sash windows, chamfered lintels, a moulded cornice, and a blocking course. The entrance door has three moulded panels and is flanked by Tuscan pilasters, topped with a moulded cornice and a blocking course. Additionally, there is a passage door with four moulded panels, a blind depressed arched fanlight, and hollow chamfered reveals.
