Description

31 Spring Street is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed of ashlar stone, featuring a pitched slate roof and two storeys. It has a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, along with acroteria that includes a sculpted wreath. The first floor has two sash windows with moulded surrounds. The ground floor features a canted bay supported by Tuscan piers, with sash windows, a moulded cornice, a blocking course, and another sculpted wreath. The entrance door consists of four moulded panels and is flanked by Tuscan pilasters, topped with a full entablature that includes dentils, a blocking course, and a sculpted wreath.
