Description

No. 7 Water Street is an early to mid 19th century building constructed of ashlar with a hipped slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a band. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows and a canted ground floor bay that has a moulded cornice and blocking course. The entrance door is made up of four moulded panels and is partially concealed by a late 19th century porch.
