Description

No. 20 Zetland Street is an early to mid 19th century building constructed of ashlar with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The façade includes two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance door is adorned with a fanlight and is set within a moulded stone surround that has an entablature. There is also a door leading to a passage, which has a blind semi-circular fanlight and moulded imposts. The area is enclosed by plain cast iron railings.
