Description

33 Zetland Street is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed from ashlar stone. It features a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a continuous sill on the first floor. Notably, it has rounded corners and three ranges of sash windows with glazing bars facing Zetland Street, including one on the corner and another facing Queensgate. There are two doors, one of which has four moulded panels, and both doors have fanlights with glazing bars set in stone frames that include entablatures.
