Description

No. 45 Queensgate is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. The façade includes two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance door is framed in stone and has a fanlight above it, also with glazing bars, and is topped with an entablature.
