Description

This early or mid-19th century property is located on the west side of Zetland Street. It is built of ashlar and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and blocking course. It has two ranges of sash windows. The front door has four moulded panels and a fanlight, set within a moulded stone surround with an entablature. A separate door leading to a passage has a blind semi-circular fanlight and moulded imposts.
