This is a mid-19th century building of ashlar construction, located on Lidget Street. It has a pitched roof covered in stone slate, with coped gables. The building is two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course with three panelled dies. It has two ranges of sash windows and a door with an oblong fanlight containing glazing bars.
