This mid-19th century building is an ashlar-faced house with a hipped slate roof. It is two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and rusticated quoins. The front elevation has three ranges of sash windows. A door with an oblong fanlight is set within a Tuscan porch displaying a coved cornice and open panels with stone balls inset, a detail comparable to Dud Lea House, Longwood Gate, Longwood.
