Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building, constructed of ashlar. It has a hipped slate roof, moulded eaves cornices, and a blocking course. The building is two storeys high and features 17 ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. The end four window ranges project slightly forward, while the central five ranges project further, incorporating oculus windows within moulded tympanums. The main entrance has three doors, one with four moulded panels, another with a fanlight containing glazing bars, Tuscan pilasters, a frieze featuring two sculpted wreaths, and a moulded cornice.
