Description

31A Spring Street is an early to mid 19th-century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice. The façade includes two ranges of sash windows, each with moulded surrounds. The entrance door is adorned with four moulded panels, Tuscan pilasters, a full entablature, and a blocking course.
