Description

No. 48 on South Street is an early to mid 19th century building constructed from ashlar stone. It features a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The façade facing South Street has a single range of sash windows, which include glazing bars. The building has a rounded corner at Spring Street, where there is a door adorned with Tuscan pilasters and a cornice. On the Spring Street side, there are three ranges of sash windows (one of which has glazing bars) along with another door that also features Tuscan pilasters and a cornice.
