Description
No. 36 on Portland Street is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar stone. It features a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a rounded corner facing Fitzwilliam Street. It includes three ranges of sash windows and a door that is adorned with Tuscan pilasters, a full entablature, and a blocking course.
