Description

58 Spring Street is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice. On the first floor, there are two casement windows with moulded surrounds. The ground floor has a canted bay that includes panelled aprons, sash windows, a cornice, a blocking course, and a sculpted wreath. The property is also adorned with ornate cast iron railings.
