Description

25 New North Parade is a mid-19th century building constructed from ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It has two storeys and features a moulded eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a band. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows and a late 19th-century shopfront. The entrance door has six moulded panels, an oblong fanlight, and is flanked by Tuscan pilasters topped with a moulded cornice. There is also a carriage arch with a depressed arched head, moulded imposts, and voussoirs.
