Description
No 8 New North Parade is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet with panelled piers. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, one of which has a moulded surround, cornice, and blocking course. The ground floor includes a depressed arched carriage entrance, which has been converted into a window, and is adorned with moulded imposts and voussoirs. The door is flanked by Tuscan three-quarter columns and has a moulded cornice with a blocking course above.
