Description
No. 6 New North Parade is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar stone, featuring a hipped slate roof and two storeys. The façade includes a moulded eaves cornice supported by brackets and a decorative band. There are three segment-headed sash windows with chamfered surrounds, hoodmoulds that rest on foliate label stops, and sills that are supported by cut brackets. The original door has been converted into a window and is framed by Tuscan pilasters, topped with a stilted hollow-chamfered segmental arch and a moulded cornice.
