Description

Nos 10 and 12 on New North Parade are mid-19th century buildings constructed of ashlar stone. They feature a pitched modern tile roof and stand two storeys tall. The buildings have a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, with a band running along the façade. There are five ranges of sash windows, and the doors have plain raised frames topped with moulded cornices.
