Description

23 New North Parade is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a band. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows. The entrance door is adorned with an oblong fanlight and a moulded cornice.
