Description

No. 18 New North Parade is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features moulded eaves cornices and a blocking course. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows and a door topped with a moulded cornice. On the ground floor, there is an oblong bay that also has a moulded cornice and blocking course.
