No. 107 Church Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands two storeys tall and features a moulded eaves cornice. The building has two ranges of sash windows, with the ground floor windows having moulded surrounds. The entrance door consists of four moulded panels set within a moulded frame, topped by a moulded cornice supported on consoles.
